Drafting & Planning
We work with Alley Side Homes, LLC and you to create floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings in order to plan, permit, and construct your addition or renovation project. After the project scope and drafting is underway, we provide zoning and code/ordinance compliance analysis, coordination with surveying and engineering professionals if needed, and cost and schedule estimates.
Construction
We provide all construction services up to and including primed drywall including permits, project management, tree removal, demolition and trash removal, excavation, utility connections, foundation, framing, roofing, siding, mechanical/ HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, and painting. The exterior of the project will look complete less landscaping beyond reseeding lawn, concrete sidewalks and driveways. The interior of the project will be ready for you or your preferred finishing contractor(s) to complete.
