Construction
Construction services include permits, project management, tree removal, demolition, excavation, utility connections, foundation, framing, roofing, siding, mechanical/ HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, tops, landscaping, finish carpentry, appliances and final clean up.
White Box Option: We offer an alternative option for those that would like to finish the interior and landscaping themself. With this option, the exterior of our projects are complete less landscaping. The interiors will be ready for you or your preferred finishing contractor(s) to complete. This option results in a lower project cost for the owners willing and able to do the interior and landscaping jobs, or hire and manage them.
